Housing age drives what breaks, more than which town it's in. Across this whole service area the typical home was built around 1967, with construction spanning 1938 to 2002 across 47 named neighborhoods and towns - so the mix of doors we see is wide, but it clusters hard around mid-century hardware.

Middleburg Heights, North Royalton, and Berea, all about four miles out, sit in that same 1960s-70s band as most of Strongsville itself. Calls from there tend to be exactly what we see at home: original torsion springs long past cycle life, dry rollers, openers from the first wave of chain-drive units that are just worn out.
